Specifies a range of preferred nominal sizes for refractory bricks. Methods for determining the dimensions of refractory bricks are given in an Appendix.

Scope

This Standard specifies a range of preferred nominal sizes for refractory bricks.
NOTE: Equations for arch calculation and radial brick selection are given in Appendix A.
Methods for determining the dimensions of refractory bricks are given in Appendix B.
