Abstract

Provides the process logic and messaging rules for turnover order, turnover order status, rebate claim and rebate claim response for electronic hospital supply chains in order to support the formal collection, storage and transmission of data within hospital electronic supply chain.

Scope

This Standard contains the process logic and messaging rules for the following four transactions:
Turnover order
A supplier-generated order, placed on a Wholesaler on behalf of the end Customer.
Turnover order status
A transaction sent from a Wholesaler to a Manufacturer providing status information in relation to goods ordered in a turnover order previously placed on the Wholesaler by the Manufacturer on behalf of a Customer.
Rebate claim
A transaction sent from a Wholesaler to a Manufacturer claiming a rebate in relation to goods sold to Customers at a discount set by the Manufacturer.
Rebate claim response
A transaction sent from a Manufacturer to a Wholesaler confirming or adjusting a rebate claimed by the Wholesaler in a previously sent rebate claim.
This document includes the process logic and messaging rules for the turnover order from AS 5023.1 since this information cannot logically be separated from the information for the other transactions.
