Abstract
Provides requirements, information and recommendations to assist with the design and implementation of fair and transparent job evaluation processes and gradings frameworks, as well as auditing those processes, for gender inclusiveness.
Scope
This Standard specifies requirements for gender-inclusive job evaluation and grading. The Standard applies both to new job evaluation and grading projects, and to review and improvement of existing job evaluation and grading processes.
